Gary Waldecker
|
Gary has been a missionary with MTW since 1980. He has served as a church planter in Chile, as the Regional Director of Urban South America beginning in 1995, and is currently the director of the Missional Learning and Development team. He graduated from Covenant College (BA in Philosphy and Bible), and Covenant Seminary (MDiv). He has a doctorate in Urban Missiology from Westminster Seminary. He also has a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University. He is a Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America.

Rodney Davila
|
Rodney was born and raised in Costa Rica. He graduated from FLET University with a B.A. in Biblical Studies. Since his first MTW assignment in Bogota, Colombia, (1995-1999) Rodney has been involved in training men to be leaders. Beginning 2000, Rodney helped develop and direct CEPA, a center for pastoral training that strove to provide Chile with national pastors and church planters by integrating theological training, personal discipleship and ministry experience in the local church. In 2010 he became the team leader for an MTW team in Costa Rica. He is still an assoicate member of the MLD team.

Jim De Witt
|
Jim grew up as a missionary kid in Mexico City. He has worked with MTW since 1996, both in Mexico City, and also with the Global Training & Development team. Jim's MBA is from the University of Miami, and his undergraduate work was done in Biblical Studies at Wheaton College. He has worked in the business world as the controller for a manufacturing firm, as well as a manager in Mexico and Miami for Unilit, a publisher distributor of Spanish Christian books and music.

Tom Houston
|
Tom currently teaches Spanish at Penn State University, and helps with the MLD team part-time, especially in Chile, Belize and El Salvador. He has an MDiv degree from Reformed Theological Seminary, a masters degree in Spanish linguistics and a B. A. in philosophy from Penn State, He planted a church in Lancaster, PA, and is currently an assistant pastor at Oakwood PCA.
